Total was $35, which is ridiculous compared to #1 nail spa across the street which give full sets for $20. Overall just an annoying experience and I'm def not going to them again.
Worst nail salon I EVER been to. Don’t let them fool you!! I asked for a basic pedicure for $37 with gel. The lady give me the $55 pedicure. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. It looks like a 5 year old painted my toes nails. There shouldn’t be paint on my toes. Plus she didn’t even shape them correctly. She was so rough and there is a cut on the bottom of my feet. Please don’t go here.
overall the quality was pretty poor. i told a staff member that i didn’t want a pedicure, just a manicure and she was very rude about it. the final product was pretty but left a stain around my nails.
Place was beautiful but way over priced!! People were very nice also!! I have short nails and the guy who did my nails can’t work with short nails!!! They are all uneven, some are longer and shorter than others. And they look like they are pushed up off my fingers... I did almond shape... they are not almond shaped..... I expected a lot more out of a place that has great reviews! I will never go back to this place... the search is on for my forever nail specialist!
I visited ZAZa with a friend for the first time last week and was not impressed. I paid $55 for my service and left less than pleased with my nails. The gel was so thin that that they cracked almost immediately I went back to get an extra top coat applied today and they charged me $5!!??!! What the heck seriously not cool I will not be going back! Bad customer service
Not worth the hype. Besides it being pretty on the inside I don't have anything nice to say ab the place. There are no set prices I swear they make them up. During my last visit I asked for a full set of acrylic square shaped nails. The lady didn't ask me if I wanted gel or regular she just gave me gel (more expensive). She asked what length and I said medium. Then she said there would be an extra charge for the length which makes no sense considering no matter what length they cut the nail, they throw out the remaining part???
