I just moved to the area and had to find someone to do my hair after having the same stylist for ten years. I was very nervous because I am extremely picky about my hair. I made an appointment here after seeing good reviews and looking at their facebook page too. I made an appointment with Stephanie and I had the best haircut I have ever had. I also had color and was nervous but it turned out absolutely beautiful!! I have to reschedule my second appointment with her do to a conflict on my end but I can't wait to go back! This salon is amazing and worth every dollar you spend.
After hearing the horrible experience my mom had, I will NEVER go to this salon. My mother's friends daughter booked her and 2 friends for appointments. Each women only getting either a manicure or pedicure. When these ladies arrived they were told they were getting both. Total miscommunication. My mom only got a manicure, and was still told she needed to pay for both. The owner argued with her and demanded one of her employees to charge her $80, even though she only had one service. Even after my mom paid because she didn't want to continue the argument, the owner still tried to continue it. Speaking louder and louder over my mom. My step-dad called the next day in attempt to fix the miscommunication and spoke with Cynthia, the owner. She told him my mom was telling her to shut up and that she almost had her removed. My mom is not one to cause a scene nor ever talk to someone like that. I should know , she was there for my crazy teenage years. This women is very unprofessional. There are always 3 sides to every story. However if a customer doesn't want a service done, they shouldn't of been charged for it. There was a miscommunication about reservations and scheduling. Which is understandable, that stuff happens. However, no matter the circumstance, a customer should never be yelled at and forced to pay for a service they didn't want nor even have.
I had my hair done by Zaine and he was amazing! He took his time to make sure my hair was perfect and gave just what I asked for and more!
Easy to find. Very clean and classy looking place. The people are friendly. I was greeted by two people and asked if I needed anything while I waited for my turn to be helped. My stylist is amazing! Been seeing her for about six years to wax my legs.
Awful experience. Cynthia was very rude and can't cut hair worth a crap. I WONT BE BACK! Save your money and go elsewhere. The reviews on here are misleading.
