Eric, an intern at this branch, is a perfect example of what great management, attention to detail, and a promising future for a company looks like. Their customer service goes above and beyond expectations as my needs were met quickly and followed up with a care and desire for their service and my experience to get better with each visit.
This recent transaction is the fourth time we have done business with Enterprise in Glen Carbon since 2011. We like the straight forward no-haggle aspect of dealing with them. The staff at the Glen Carbon Enterprise office ALWAYS go out of their way to make the renting experience a problem free one. These good people understand that people don't want to spend a lot of time in their office, but get into the rental car and go.
