I went in and could hear multiple employees trying to out-insult every customer that came in to each other. The fact that Sprint or the owner either doesnt care or isn't involved enough to realize what is going on is enough to send me right out the door to one of the other several different companies around. You aren't the only phone company in town. I don't know why you act like it. Anyone reading this would definitely be better off going somewhere else
Andrew was really knowledgeable. We stopped in just to ask some questions, but we were so pleased we went back shortly after. Andrew helped us add a new line to a current plan and purchase a new phone. When my partner asked questions about the phone, it was so helpful that he had the phone personally and was able to give us guidance. We got all set up in under an hour, and left extremely happy. We've been coming in to this store for many years and always have a good experience. Knowledgeable staff willing to spend the time to make sure all our questions are answered. This time , our sales rep, Kevin King, was more than helpful and patient while he walked us through the best phone and accessories we needed.
Horrible! My husband and I went in there to see if there were any good deals to switch from AT&T to Sprint. The guy MATT, gave us a "too good to be true" deal. Said 3 phones for $160 unlimited data and that price was also with insurance included. I should have known when he said the first 2 bills will be high, then they will credit back to you. I am now in my 5th bill and it is $209. That is after credits. Far from the truth. They also said we will get $100 per line if we open a credit union and put $5.00 in it. NOPE. another lie. I have emailed, called the store with promise after promise that this will get resolved. NEVER HAS. I called SPRINT itself and they said there is no way i should have been told that deal. They can not help me. DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT...believe anything they say. It is a HUGE mess!
Honestly after being an 8 year customer of Sprint we are disgusted enough by the service and salesmanship of manager Doug and associate Jeff to break our contract and pay the $400 early termination fee. Jeff encouraged my husband and I to add our son to our plan and promised it would be $30 per month. We asked multiple times as he was only 10 years old and we did not want to pay much for a phone for him. We decided that we would pay the $360 per year in order to give him a phone so that he could contact us if he was in trouble while out in the neighborhood or riding his bicycle. Jeff sold us a plan that actually did not have free service. The free service only applied to new clients and we were existing customers. We signed the contract assuming what he told us verbally was correct. After I got my first bill I was told that we did not cancel within 14 days so that I had no recourse. Furthermore we were told that despite what was verbally told us since we signed the contract we had to uphold it. My son's phone line which was supposed to be $360 for the entire year was instead $900 so I was paying $900 for a 10-year-old to have a phone. Not only were Jeff and Doug incredibly rude and unhelpful but they also told me I was not allowed to discuss the situation in the store in front of other customers as it would hurt their sales. I have since contacted corporate in closed out my account as well as switch to a new carrier. I have truly never experienced such terrible customer service.I implore anyone in the area to avoid purchasing at the store at all costs. If you do love Sprint and go to another location as I guarantee if things do not add up you will not receive support from this team.
