It's a nice community with friendly neighbors. There isn't any problems with the law or questionable people. Had a little boy knock on my door after moving in to see if I had any children his age - was incredibly polite. My neices and nephews love voting and playing outside.
Safe and clean environment
Great neighbor's and a very good location relatively clean and safe. Having said that the management and maintenance are absolutely horrible. First of all jackie the park's landlord/manager barely ever answers or returns calls or texts. This is very troubling and concerning especially when the issues not being resolved and ignored involve the tenants safety and inhumane living conditions. When she does finally get around to responding or fixing the issue it always takes several day's and is followed by excuses and lies like they think people are really that stupid it is disrespectful and unacceptable. Now on to the second major issue jackies husband the head of Maintanace. He is extremely unprofessional and rude gets around to fixing thing's and taking care of them when he feels like it. The most disturbing and concerning thing however is that this individual has blatant and very distasteful photo's of himself on Facebook a public webpage of himself endorsing drugs and drug paraphernalia aswell as being involved in such activities also it appears he is also seen pictured with an illegal firearm carrying mexican style in waste band and he's a mexican how ironic. I suppose this all helps him to personify his gang banger wanna be rap career.... Smh it is unsettling knowing these are the people that are in charge and have access to our homes around our children and property it is beyond me how these unprofessional lying drug using disrespectful pos got a job that requires the amount of respect and responsibility that they obviously aren't qualified to handle. Also if anyone wants picture proof or more evidence let me know i have it. Take heed and warning you should really think about who's family you mess with and disrespect you never know who people are.
Have lived here through two owners... previously it was a own your home only park but the new company rents and it has gone down hill from there...always raising the rent but NEVER DO ANY KIND of upgrades OR maintence to the worn down lots they rent... sewage smell off and on is a real turn off!! Management never answers the phone or gets back to you and is never in the office...the only reason I give it two stars is the location!!!
