Well, it's Walmart. It's cheap and has a great variety to choose from. Staff turnover rate seems relatively high, but they are welcoming and helpful. I have only encountered one instance of a rude staff member who made a chauvinistic comment, and I never saw that guy after. Being 24/7 is super convenient, it allows to take trips any time of day and night both for groceries and homeware.
Went to have a tire replaced. They called to let me know it was ready. When i get there the spare tire is still on my car. If they would of told me that i would of left work and had it fixed somewhere else. They tell me as i am checking out that there is a lug nut seized and i have to take it somewhere else. So i have to pay even more to have it mounted. They would not even offer to reduced the mounting fee because i have to go somewhere else
My experience tells me that this message on my phone is a invasion of privacy. Everyone at this store working at overnite shift is very nice. They are all helpful, kind and courteous and deserve a raise. Have known them all for years. All hard workers.
Never seen more eye rolls in my life from the staff. I'm a reasonable person, but rolling your eyes when you're asked to actually do your job? Also stood around for over 10-12 minutes waiting for someone to come help in sporting goods after being called and no one showed so I left. Never returning. Highland is worth the extra 2 minute drive.
I have been going to this Wal-Mart for years now and I've never had a issue. Staff is always friendly and very helpfully. Normally there is not a long wait to check out.
